Hi, I'm Kat — founder of SmileyTot, wife, and mom of two.

SmileyTot didn't start with a business plan. It started at the dinner table.

Like so many parents, I was constantly wiping messy bibs, stuffing gross unfolded bibs into my diaper bag, and wishing there was a better solution for life on the go. Meals at restaurants, travel days, daycare drop-offs, and everyday adventures all came with one frustrating problem: baby bibs just weren't designed for real life.

So my husband and I decided to change that.

We invested our own savings to create the SmileyTot Roll & Go Baby Bib—a premium silicone bib designed to make mealtime easier wherever families go. After countless prototypes, testing, and refinements, we created a bib that parents actually love using because it solves everyday frustrations.

Before becoming a founder, I spent years as a celebrity journalist and later led wellness teams for luxury communities. While I loved those careers, becoming a mom completely changed my perspective. I realized my greatest new passion was creating products that become part of a family's everyday routine.

Today, every SmileyTot product is thoughtfully designed with practicality, quality, and modern family life at its core. We believe baby products should work harder, last longer, and make parents' lives just a little easier.
